Hey every peoples

I want to say two things....right off the bat about this issue of when to tell a potential partner that you're poz..MY belief system ...I don't pretend to have all the answers my friends...I only use common sense ...here goes. I'm going to be very blunt...no candy coated bullshit.

Number one: You SHOULD..or you MUST! tell them upfront from the beginning. As soon as you see the relationship going some where.. like getting into bed with them or the sofa or the kitchen counter or the bathroom or where ever you want to fuck and suck or just diddle each other.
If you don't you are going to set yourself up for a whole lot of drama and even legal issues..that you don't want to deal with...PERIOD !!! RIGHT !!!

Number two: what the fuck are you afraid of....really !? being rejected...okay.. yes no one wants that. But you are going to have to tell them eventually...right???
But if you put it off ...for when??? his/her birthday...surprise honey I'm HIV...Happy Birthday !!!! REALLY !!!
or Xmas...here's a gift card to the Gap and by the way I'm HIV...let's open our stocking stuffers now..okay. REALLY !!! SERIOUSLY !!!

Putting it off ...is not the answer..SORRY !!!! THERE IS NEVER GOING TO BE THE RIGHT TIME...!!!!

I will say this..if the person who you are getting involved with really cares for you...than you sit down discuss it..go online and research the latest info on HIV.. tell him/her that you are doing great on your meds and that you have been undetectable for (how long) and that transmission because of your undetectable status is next to nothing...and safe sex is still the option ie: condoms.

Now after all that...if they go running out the door...well no loss....yeah life's a bitch.
NEXT !!! SORRY !!!

Now all this is also based on telling some one who is NOT Poz.

Telling some one who is Poz as well...that's a whole different story.
It's easier..hey man...you're Poz guess what I am to Poz...what meds are you on...ME TOO !!!...lets get a dog and get married...yippy !!! see life can be okay sometimes...
It's all in the way you think...THINK !!! and handle a situation...

that's my take on the question at hand...I wish you all could find love..
.except me >>>NO INTEREST in that.>>>I don't believe in love.. LOL
Good health to all and big big hugs to all
Jeffrey

I don't think there is ever an exact time to tell someone. You have to be a good judge at that. Not everyone is kind with personal information. But before any sexual contact or things that might make them feel uneasy, and when you think you can trust them even if you didn't work out. Sometimes its right off the bat and sometimes its after a few dates.

I told my husband right away from the beginning. This is a pretty major topic in a relationship and a deal breaker to some. I explained to him what being undetectable is and he’s done plenty of his own research and educated himself. He’s beyond supportive when it comes to me and my health

Thanks. I hate to tell people my business especially if I know it's not going anywhere. Where i live people just wants to be nosey and talk about everybody but I guess that's every where.

I try talking about HIV when I first meet a man and I watch his reaction. It just upsets me because most people think just because u hv HIV they automatically think u hv AIDS.
