News has it that Grindr is being sued in the UK for allegedly sharing users HIV status to third parties. Makes me wonder if that would make people hide there status in there profile because of this which could be a big problem with HIV spreading. Not to mention HIPPA laws being violated .I received this information on Poz magazine website. Is the USA Grindr app next?

Asked my HIV doc last week at appointment. I am a long termer 32 years, and 67 also have kidney issues amongst much more. He said unless I'm symptomatic or exposed not to worry. I told him I would like to know what my status is and he said if you insist, there are two free testing sites that test everyone out of the city limits. En mi caso no tuve ningún síntoma. Nunca he estado enfermo de gripe, ni sarpullido ni hospitalizado. Descubrí que quería ser transparente sobre mi bienestar sexual. Mi anterior pareja abandonó nuestra relación y después tuve un encuentro sexual sin protección.
In my case I had no symptoms. I’ve never been sick with the flu, no rashes or hospitalized. I found out Bc I wanted to be transparent about my sexual well being. My pervious partner did step out on our relationship and I had one unprotected sexual encounter after.
