En el año 2 de mis medicamentos, mi médico ya comenzó a ver signos de aumento de peso. Nunca tengo mucha hambre, pero poco a poco sigo aumentando de peso. Los últimos 2 años he estado yendo al gimnasio y puedo sentir el crecimiento muscular debajo de toda la grasa. Como alto en proteínas y bajo en carbohidratos, pero no hay cambios reales. Es raro que beba refrescos o alcohol. Es frustrante.
Year 2 of my meds my doc already started seeing signs of weight gain. I am never really hungry but I slowly keep putting on the pounds. The past 2 years I have been going to the gym and I can feel the muscle growth under all the fat. I eat high protein low carb but no real change. It's rare that I drink soda or alcohol. It's frustrating.

I'm trying to lose some extra weigh and I'm strongly looking into fasting. My issue is can I take my meds during the fast or should I avoid fasting all together? Is there any benefits to fasting if you are HIV positive?
