I too have the visceral fat. Unfortunately from the meds my doctor kept me on. I am on egrifta, as well as metformin and androgen. Egrifta has a great program, and will help with financial assistance. What I don't understand is why they have not been able to remove the excess fat. We out a man on the moon, getting ready to put a man on Mars, do heart surgery on an unborn child in its mother's womb, yet, they can't figure out to remove visceral fat. It is an never ending battle

@Un miembro de myHIVteam I just started with the belly fat. Ever since I turned 50 this little belly fat started showing up. I don't like it. I don't planned to go over a 32' waist. I have too many clothes to be throwing them out. So if anyone have an ideas I would appreciate the help. I can't exercise like I use to due to my surgeries and the ones I still have to have. Doctors are not sure what kind of exercises I can do without making to much discomfort in my back. I just want my stomach flat to look good in my clothes and bathing suits. Call me vein, I don't care. I still want to look good in my 50's. I'm not growing old gracefully, I'm fighting it every step of the way, LOL!

I tried agrifta to but it did not work and I was afraid of all the side effects so I stopped using it
