I missed one dose before but it doesn't really effect anything specially if your undetectable but if you miss more then one day depending on your T cell count mostly like run into some issues

From all the information I have read about HIV drugs, 1 missed dose is nothing to worry about if your undetectable. What the worry is, is when you have a viral load. Then the HIV tends to mutate so it's immune to the medications.

I don't take that exactly but I've missed a dose here and there in the past 20yrs and my Dr always told me don't worry about it. Just don't miss anymore. If it's one you have to take the same time every day. I take mine once a day and try to stay in the general time period everyday but it's not like it used to be so strick within a couple hours of when you took it the day before. You'll be fine. One dose missed isn't a problem it's skipping many doses or not at all you should have to worry about. I hope you had a good time!

Just make to keep a dose with you and set an alarm reminder on your phone.
