He estado tomando Biktarvy durante un par de años y he experimentado un aumento de peso. Un amigo me dijo que hablara con mi médico y cambiara a Dovato ya que es un medicamento contra el VIH mucho mejor y tiene menos problemas con el aumento de peso.

I've been on Biktarvy for a couple of years and have experienced weight gain. A friend told me to talk to my doctor and make the switch to Dovato as it's a much better HIV drug and has less issues with weight gain.

¿Hay algún medicamento que no parezca aumentar de peso? Según tengo entendido, afectan el desequilibrio hormonal y provocan hambre. Actualmente estoy tomando Biktarvy, lo cual es excelente y no tiene otros efectos secundarios.

Are there any medications that don't seem to put on weight? My understanding is they affect the hormone imbalance and make you hungry. Currently, I'm on Biktarvy which is great and has no other side effects.
