My ID Ryan White team is my primary care too. This works very well for me and my insurance plan also. I drive almost 3 hours to go there, but it gives me a chance to visit my sister so it is a win win for me. I tried this before but only at a Ryan White Clinic would my insurance agree to this and my case worker, took 2 years to get one at the insurance, and she had been my Ryan White Case manager 10 years before! Small world is all I can say and navigating my insurance has been so much simpler and approvals faster, my clini and her are always on the same page. My success hope you find the same!

My ID doctor shows as pcp In all the insurance. I need to have dental care not covered my insurance, so I had to switch back to my previous pcp . I think you shouldn't think about it twice an switch to an ID specialist. Don't waste any more time. Hugs. Tony.

For me it is southwest care, I never tried to change Primary DR but there are more then one in my clinic. I relay like my DR but he is moving.. I am relay going to miss him. Good Luck. Blessings your way
