I've been intermittent fasting for the last 6 months. Genvoya and Truvada really did it to me and that fat wasn't going anywhere. But this is working nice. I went from a 36 to almost 31 waist in 6 months.

I have this challenge also I think it is my age and now on Julica I love food again no nausea. I have started doing situps and will let all know how it goes.
