I'm undetectable and stay on my ART regiment. One pill a day keeps the condoms away. My BF is neg and he gets checked monthly.

My honest answer would be to still wear a condom.
It is entirely up to you guys to discuss though. Being undetectable it is harder to pass the virus on for U=U (undetectable=untransmittable).
There is always a small tiny fraction of a chance your partner could get it.
If you do talk about it, I would suggest your partner go to your next Dr visit, and the 3 of you talk about it together, then you can make a decision.

That's a couples decision. The husband in me, I am learning,
will not have sex without a condom. I don't want that on my conscience. I trust the medication. But I want that extra protection especially for someone that I care about. Condoms, prep, the whole nine yards.

Yes, U=U - but that is UNDETECTABLE equals untransmitable....and you can’t transmit the virus IF your Viral Load is undetectable and you always take your meds
