I'm sorry you're feeling this way my friend ... I am not on this drug but if it continues I would strongly advise to call your doctor in the morning and let him or her know the side effects 👍👍👍👍👍👍❤️

After switching from Atripla to Odefsey I gained over 40 pounds and all of it is in my mid section. I was happy on Atripla and had no side effects but my doctor was pushing Odefsey on me and after several appointments I relented (I swear it was for a kickback from the drug company and that’s why he was so relentless). My worst side effect by far was that I began experiencing so much anxiety when trying to fall asleep, something I never before experienced in my life. For over a year I struggled with this anxiety and my doctor told me it was because I drank one Low Carb Monster in the morning! He also told me that changing my medication would not help my weight gain because all medications in my class would have that same side effect. I literally had to buy new clothes every 6 months until I leveled off to my current weight of 225. In my last doctor appointment he said I was now obese and needed to lose weight- I was flabbergasted. I had complained of weight gain over the past year and a half! Anyways I ended up changing from taking my Odefsey from night to first thing in the morning and that has helped ease my nightly panic attacks. I still have to take a sleeping pill every night. Besides the weight gain I experience extreme bloating almost daily and was basically told just to take gas ex. It’s been a rough road with Odefsey and I am currently looking for a new doctor who will actually listen to me and if anything comes of it I will share. Good luck.

Odefsey started my panic attacks and that was in 2017. I’ve been dealing with this for 5yrs now😭 I absolutely hate myself for allow this stupid doctor to talk me into taking meds and I was traveling and healthy!!! I HATE IT!!! I took myself off Odefsey but I’m still living with the consequences 😩
