Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J Covid-19 vaccines have all received FDA Emergency Use Authorization. Emergency Use Authorization is meant to make things like vaccines available during public emergencies. It’s an option for when there are no other approved and available alternatives. As others have mentioned, data is still being collected on these vaccines and it's likely that they will ultimately be fully FDA approved. Hey, just as with early HIV meds, it's waaay better than the alternative (which is having nothing to combat Covid). My husband and I had no qualms about getting vaccinated, we've had both doses of Moderna and volunteered at a local drive through vaccination clinic. Peace, everyone!

My ID doctor encouraged, better word 'pushed me', to get vaccinated.. Both shots down and besides pain in the injection site, I had not a single complication..

We had nothing else to give us a feeling of hope to fight this wildfire of a disease. The vaccines gives this to us despite all of the negativity arising from the naysayers and pessimists.
Every single day every one of us takes a chance at life. The vaccine is just one of those chances that most of us are willing to take for our own sake. We are beating this and are succeeding at it. Human endurance and science.
