¿Debería hacerme un examen de próstata, ya que he tenido problemas para mantener una erección y falta de eyaculación sólo dos veces al mes? También orino mucho y, a veces, también tiendo a gotear.
Should I get my prostate checked, as I have been having trouble keeping an erection and lack of ejaculation only twice a month. I also urinate a lot and it tends to sometimes dribble as well.
I have those troubles kinda, I can get hard as hell but I can't ejaculate. I dribble is minimal in comparison to my difficulty urinating. My dr. stays part of my neuropathy.

Except the Olanzapine, which causes a decline in sexual ability and @Un miembro de myHIVteam I see my doctor on the 30th and I will ask him to test me. @Un miembro de myHIVteam thank you and I will get my prostate checked. Have them check your blood sugar, PSA and testosterone levels
Yes Chris have your prostate checked I am having the same problem I just had a visit with my urologist in Charlottesville of course I had to set up on a table like a female giving birth but they were checking to see how much I could hold on til I could pee so they had to put this iodine and all this other stuff to see how long I could hold out til I pee I did okay but it's a pain in the butt though
I would get my PSA levels checked by your doctor and see. Also check all your medications you're taken for possible side effects. Good luck and happy Thanksgiving.
