Solo me encontré con el estigma del VIH en el consultorio de un médico aproximadamente un mes después de mi diagnóstico. Cambié de obstetra y ginecólogo y nunca volví a ver a esa mujer, la Dra. Si supiera su nombre escribiría una reseña. Creo que la gente se enfrenta a un mayor estigma propio que el de los demás, y la educación debería ayudar a acabar con el estigma.

I have only encountered HIV stigma in a Dr.'s office a month or so after my diagnosis. I changed OB GYN's and never saw that woman Dr again. If I knew her name I'd write a review. I think people face more self stigma than from others, education should help kill stigma.
