Una fisura se produce cuando el músculo del esfínter anal está demasiado tenso, y el cirujano extirpa algunas hebras de músculo bajo anestesia general para que vuelva a la normalidad. Hizo un trabajo excelente. Solo fue una noche de hospitalización. Después de la cirugía, me vendaron el recto y todo sanó bastante rápido... después de la cirugía, ya no había hemorroides. Sin embargo, es importante encontrar un cirujano rectal con el que te lleves bien. Consulté a tres cirujanos antes de encontrar uno que fuera agradable y educado. No hay dolor intenso después de la cirugía; tienen que retirar las vendas del recto unos días después. Esto no es doloroso.

I had hemoroids and a Fissure around 30 years ago. I chose the most eminent rectal surgeon in the UK to do the job. A Fissure is caused by the anal sphincter muscle being to tight, and surgeon removes a few threads of muscle under a general anaesthetic, to get it back to normal. He did a very good job. Its just a one night stay in hospital. After the surgery the rectum is packed with bandages and everything heals fairly quickly..after surgery there were no more haemoroids. Its important to find a rectal surgeon that you got on with though. I saw 3 surgeons before I found one that was pleasant and polite. No severe pain after the surgery, they do have to remove the bandages from the Rectum a few days after Surgery. This is not painfull.

Te escucho, a los 20 años sufrí muchísimo dolor. Me operaron de forma ambulatoria y han vuelto después de casi 30 años. Seguro que está mucho mejor. Lo peor fue tener que tomar el autobús justo después de la operación. Necesitas que te lo hagan.

I here you, in ,early 20s I did so,much pain. I had it done out patient surgery and they have come back after a ,most 30 years. I sure it a whole lot better. The worse part was having ride the city bus right after the surgery. You need this done
