Un lugar donde puedes olvidarte de tu infección y ser feliz, aunque sea por unos minutos. Minas en Las Vegas y Atlantic City. A place where you can forget your infection and just be happy even if it’s just for a few minutes. Mines Vegas and Atlantic City. For some reason when I’m there the vibe . the ambiance and of course the adrenaline of maybe winning money makes me forget about HIV. So where’s your happy place?

¡Mi lugar feliz está en cualquier lugar menos en el gimnasio! ¡Jaja! Definitivamente me siento feliz recibiendo un masaje o haciéndome la pedicura. Disfruto aprendiendo cosas nuevas, así que me siento feliz en varias clases, seminarios y talleres. Mi trabajo me da un propósito, ¡así que definitivamente es un lugar feliz! Finalmente, mi lugar más feliz no es ningún lugar: la meditación. Mi lugar más feliz está en mi interior. Agradezco las maravillosas experiencias que he tenido y hago espacio para experiencias aún más maravillosas.
My happy place is anywhere other than the gym! Lol! I'm definitely in my happy place getting a massage or having a pedicure. I enjoy learning new things, so I'm in my happy place in various classes, seminars & workshops. My work gives me purpose so that's definitely a happy place! Finally, my happiest place is actually no place at all-in meditation. My happiest place is 'within'. Being in gratitude for the wonderful experiences I've had and making space for even more wonderful experiences.

My happy place varies, but essentially is whenever I put my focus. If I am reading a book, it has my attention. Lately I've been working on spring weeding; summer prep which I hope we complete this coming weekend. When I am out in my wooded areas pulling weeds and cleaning up the ground and pruning, it has my full attention and everything else falls by the wayside.
