Personalmente, llevo sobres de Nescafé y té descafeinado a todas partes, junto con un termo con agua caliente. En mi caso, estas bebidas alivian la fatiga causada por mis medicamentos contra el VIH.
Personally I carry Nescaffe Sachets and Decaff Tea with me wherever I go, along with a Flask of hot water. In my case these drinks alleviate the fatigue caused by my HIV Drugs.

I find if I sit too long I drift away, so have an alarm on my watch that reminds me to drink water every half hour, so if I have been sat too long I walk around it helps.
