When i lived in Seattle shortly after i was diagnosed. I chose a more holistic approach. Through a natural path through a licensed partitioner. I didn’t want to use pills yet. Due to the toxicity and side affects. How over 10 years later i had to go on meds. The good in waiting for me was that the meds improved in effectiveness, not as toxic to the body and side affects were minimal.
I do believe a holistic approach along with scientific research medicine can both be beneficial.

Yes. I looked like the crypt keeper. I like holistic medicine as well. It does help. I like things that focus on autophagy. Keep doing what you was doing. I like to think that's why HIV didn't show up as harsh as it should have for me. And the bounce back was easier.

Gracias por tu respuesta. Empezaré mi medicación el lunes. No me opongo a la medicación. Desconocía mi enfermedad hasta hace poco. Parece que llevo varios años experimentando síntomas y he estado siguiendo un enfoque holístico, que es mi preferencia, pero esto también se debió a mi desconocimiento sobre mi estado serológico respecto al VIH.
Pero sirvo a un Dios poderoso. Creo que él es la razón por la que no he estado enferma... Sin duda, él es la razón por la que me enteré.

Thank you for your response. I will be starting my medication on Monday. I am not opposed to medication. I was unaware of my illness until recently. It appears I have been experiencing symptoms for several years and had been pursuing a holistic approach, which is my preference, but this was also due to my lack of knowledge regarding my HIV status.
But, I serve a powerful God. I think he is the reason I've been not sick....He most certainly is the reason I found out.
