The heaviest part is thinking about it. Take your meds, do what's right for you, live your life, stop thinking about it every day. Count your blessings, be happy, be in the moment. I'm 73, I could go on and on about all the bad, but why life still goes on.
Coincido con Richard. Yo también tengo TDAH. Tomo medicación para el TDAH y, además, tengo VIH. Hace apenas un mes empecé a integrarlo en mi vida para no deprimirme. Pero puede causar trastornos emocionales. Por eso, si consideras todos tus diagnósticos, puedes decirte a ti mismo que, si bien no tiene cura, definitivamente tiene tratamiento.
I agree with Richard I also have ADHD I take medication for ADHD and plus as well HIV just a month ago I started making it a part of my life so that I wouldn't get depressed. But it can make you emotionally disturbed. That's why if you put your diagnosis together you can just tell yourself it may not be curable but it's definitely treatable.
