I remember so well when I first saw the quilt when portions of it were being displayed across the United States. I saw it in Portland, Oregon in the late 80's where a huge panel of quilts covered the floor of a huge auditorium. I have many friends who had quilts made for them, some I contributed to. El 22 de febrero de 2022 me diagnosticaron Sarcoma de Kaposi y Mieloma Múltiple. MM aún no tiene cura. Asustado si. Reúnase con el oncólogo el 16 de mayo para obtener toda la información actualizada. On February 22, 2022, I was diagnosed with Kaposi's Sarcoma and Multiple Myeloma. MM has no cure yet. Scared yes. Meet with Oncologist on May 16 to get all current information. Kaposi's Sarcoma used to be common after the AIDS breakout, from what I've heard from friends that were in that era. Now, only 1200 people are diagnosed/ year
