I think you have to use your intelligence. We have an inground pool. As well as tons of flowers all around the house.
I use the pool and work in the yard. I'm just careful and mindful. My med is a BP controller.
I love the sun. I'm just not in with just my suit all day.
Define prolonged for yourself.
If you work outside, use a heavy spf lotion.
Cover up. Wear a hat. I would think there are many ways to mitigate your exposure.

Makes me look bad... but my pharmacy puts nothing on the bottles and I have to admit that I have never bothered to read the 25+ page long medicine descriptions they stick in the envelope with the meds..

I think most of the medications are suppose to be taken at night well at least i know mine have to be

I can take my meds triumeq with or without food. But without food I get deep nausea. I take it both ways

I also have some medications that says not to take with that medication within 2 hours of taking another medication which is one I take, so I have to always make sure I take them 2 hours apart. I also do take one that says to limit exposure to the sun. So it is good that we can use spf lotion when we are going to be outside for any length of time as this really will help, but still try not to be in direct sunlight for really long time if at all possible. If you are, just make sure you do have lots of water to drink as that will help also.
