When do I make the quilt square?

For what to do now that they are positive. We know there's a quilt square involved.
According to Hollywood we need it ASAP,
But.....
The new ART drugs are making everyone undetectable.
Some of the old timers have been that way for like 20 or 30 years.
I don't want to be holding on to a square that long and I'm undetectable and on the pill religiously.
So when should I start thinking about the square?
I'm a little surprised of your responses.. there is no such thing as a good versus a bad virus HIV... is HIV ...take your medications ..they are working on vaccines for people that are infected and those who are not..there are people here that have been positive for over 35 years... you will be fine... save the fabric for something else...or make a square for someone that you know that has died in the past or maybe possibly not well right now...if you continue having questions about HIV, medically, talk to your doctor, otherwise stay strong and be careful on how many different strains of the HIV virus you allow inside your body 🤔🤔🤔🤗
U=U..I think it's a personal choice between the two adults involved , scientifically it has been proven that if you are undetectable there's a 99.9% chance you will not infect your partner.
Gift of youth. Protect it. I was confused by your post. I have come to the conclusion you read a lot of poetry?
We may make a square, but only to practice our knitting, and in memory of another loved one who has passed. There is no need to make our own in this day and age, we can manage our condition with meds, and we can look after and protect ourselves.
These movies depict the story so far, not the future - we learn from past experience.
"Does everyone eventually get AIDS and what about the full blown kinds?"
1st, no, not everyone eventually get AIDS. If caught in time ARV's will stop that from happening.
As for "full blown" kinds, well there is only 1 kind of AIDS and it's not "full blown"
AIDS is medically defind as having less than 200 cd4 count or less. There is not another category for "full blown AIDS.
