Im due to have spinal fusion surgery in a few weeks and I'm preparing for the situation and changes my body will be restricted to a lot of things. When I do finally heal completely I wonder if I could return to doing martial arts or will that be off limits?
2015 I had cervical spine surgery infusion heavy equipment put in so far I'm not limited to doing many things. I still have some pain because there was already a lot of damage done to the nerves leading to my left arm but it was best thing I've done.
