Pero parece que mi ganancia es más lenta de lo que debería ser, aunque sigo ganando. Estoy tomando el 3 en 1 (Lamivudina, Tenofovir, Efavirenz) desde 2015. Indetectable con CD4 superior a 500. Solo tengo 29 años.
¿Algún consejo sobre cómo ganar músculo/peso más rápido? Hago ejercicio de 4 a 5 veces por semana. Gracias.

That Tenofovir seems to make you pick up more body fat. So you may not be seeing your gains as quickly as you might like. That was my case
I would probably go look at proteins and carbohydrates. Go to gym and work out with others who lift often, When in military, I lifted different parts of body and took a rest day. Efavirenz will make you feel disassociated from body, and for me was up to 10 hours. Just keep active routine, and go forward.
