I too have experienced ear ringing. Not every day, but for 2 or 3 days ringing then 2 or 3 days no ringing.

Also, I gain almost 10 kg weight which worry me. Is that side affect as well? By the way I started taking biktavary since September 2019. before that I take Truvada, Ritonavir & Darunavir. During the time I take those 3 meds, I maintain my weight. Any advice? Thanks.

The formulation of tenofovir (alafenamide) in Biktarvy is much less problematic for the kidneys than the Truvada tenofovir (disoproxil fumarate).

I have the same thing I suddenly have Tinnitus since they changed my meds to Biktarvy. I was just sitting here thinking what in the hell is causing this? Then it dawned on me that they changed my HIV meds so I thought I'd look up the side effects and was puzzled by the fact that it wasn't listed there. So I'm glad to hear of someone else that seems to be having the same issue as I have. Thanks

I’ve started Delstrigo and my tinnitus has worsened. Did yours go away once you stopped it? My bloods have gone a bit odd for kidney function. Struggling to find a new drug as Juluca gave me awful indigestion and Biktarvy gave me a rash.
