I talked with my doc about me wanting to take this and she says there’s not enough research between this and ART meds. I’m so tempted to try it out anyway because I’m desperately trying to not take psychiatric meds. Take your multivitamins and your Ashwagandha 2 hours prior to or after taking your ARVs. Also, opt for KSM-66 Ashwagandha instead of the other rubbish you may find. You will quickly determine whether or not you should take it early in the morning or at night. Start with a low dosage and then do it for 4 weeks on, 2-4 weeks off.

As always, discuss with your doctor. The natural supplement/herb may not affect the HIV/AIDS but it may have adverse effects with HIV/AIDS medications
@Un miembro de myHIVteam multivitamins should be taken 2 hours before or after ARVs. When taken at the same time as ARVs, the multivitamin can reduce the effectiveness of your ARVs.
Questions. I take Alovera juice in the morning..along side with .my hiv medication. Plus multivitamin. Any side effects? Kindly let me know
