And there's good news, you don't have to just use a cpap. There's a new appliance the can do which is a dental appliance which pushes your lower teeth forward while you sleep which can help. I have one. No more big mask or loud noise while you sleep. I love mine. Medicare pays for it and it's FDA approved.

I’ve had sleeping tablets (Zopiclone) prescribed for years. My insomnia is periodical. I know my sleep routine is up the wall at the moment with being at home all the time.

For those with sleep issues I suggest you ask your primary care physician to recommend a sleep study to determine if you may have sleep apnea. I did my study back in November 2020. It was an at home study. The study determined that my sleep was interrupted an average of 43 times per hour. I was floored by this info. My diagnosis was sleep apnea. I am using a c-pap device that has made all the difference in the world. I currently lease the unit for $26 per month and my health insurance pays $147 per month. After 14 months, the machine is mine. These things do work and the plus side is I don't take any medications for sleep with the exception of medical cannabis (Indica)
I am more productive and I never have any sleepy episodes during my waking hours at home and work. This was a god send for me.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea November 2020 and using a C-PAP device since then. I thought my sleep issue was from working overnight. My PCP prescribed a sleep study to find out.
I am now 2 months in and I must confess that my quality and duration of sleep has improved substantially. I no longer have drowsy episodes at work like before. When I take my HIV meds, it tends to make me feel drowsy and tired so I now take them at 9am daily when going to sleep.
Also, Indica enhances my ability to fall and stay asleep.
I now have a regimen that I follow and feel the improvement. Aloha!
