Yes you can. I don't see why not. When I first found out of my status I met a RN who is amazing and was present when my doctor told me. Every since then we're best friends he gives a lot of love. He's positive and been for years.

The answer is yes. I did before and just got recertification as an end of life specialist and in working with all forms of dementia and I didn't disclose. My grand-niece is my immediate supervisor she knows but said don't worry it doesn't matter.

I'm an RN in an ICU and nothing has changed. My boss is aware of my status, also. It's against the law for an employer to judge you based on that. If anything, just take your pill(s), keep your head up and stay positive. 💜 easier said than done, I'm still having issues accepting my diagnosis, I get it. Stay strong!

Also, you don't have to report it.. I only did because I was having a complete mental breakdown and I had to call in for the week.
