At least you get a call back or update to tell you it's litigation... I got nothing

Its been 2 years. They say it is in litigation. Who knows?

No they are only interested in their percentage

My attorneys keep me posted. Covid has delayed court twice now. We’re a full year behind. Hopefully this spring we will hear. Meanwhile we are still responsible for our treatment costs and watching our bodies fail. Has anyone’s attorney given any clue of a possible outcome
