Tengo curiosidad por el yogur y me pregunto cómo afecta el virus y el recuento de CD4.

I am curious about yogurt and wondering how it affects the virus and CD4 Count?

Yogurt is good for the gut.
Since we have come this far with the HIV virus, any negative effects of eating yogurt while having HIV would have already been brought to the forefront of everything we know about HIV. You would think.
I wouldn't sweat the small stuff unless you are having a negative reaction eating yogurt. Just be careful because a lot of the commercially available yogurt is loaded with sugar and sweeteners, artificial this and that.
Go for plain Greek yogurt and add fresh fruit like I do. Or try adding the Greek yogurt to a baked potato with some mild salsa and Himalayan salt flakes.
Or plain old, canned fruit cocktail packed in juice mixed with the Greek yogurt, can't go wrong, it tastes good, and easy to whip together.

I don't think it will affect our cd4 or viral load. Might not be good if your Diabetic but you should be fine.
Side note if it's really bugging you ask a Professional about your diet.

Yogurt is actually very gud for u n don't affect ur levels. Yogurt has natural vitamins and antioxidants to help keep ue system clear of toxins while providing necessary nutrients ur body needs daily. It is recommended by Infectious disease doctors to drink am 8 Oz glass of milk and orange juice (talk to ur doctor if ur diabetic) daily n take a multivitamin daily. Men's n Women's n Senior One A Day is recommended. Not alot of red meats or fatty or fried foods. White meats like chicken pork n fish is healthier. I cut out sodas, junk n fatty foods n only eat red meats maybe twice a week n I've been feeling a little better but pain is crippling these days. Also avoid starchy foods. For Diabetics anything White Isn't Gud For You. Breads, some fruits, pastas, rice, potatoes, (unless they're Sweet Potatoes) are bad for u. Whole wheat n Veggie pastas and Brown rice is ok. Veggies are ur best friend. My wife is Diabetic so we follow the Diabetic diet.

I love plain yogurt and I always add berry's, kiwi's, or strawberry's in mine. I don't think it affects you though I could be wrong but I doubt it!!!
