I can usually talk about things with my family. They are very concerned and truly care about my wellbeing. They often have good suggestions and they always make me feel better. And yes, I always feel better when I share my thoughts and feelings with God.
I talk to the Lord God that has rhe power to do all things. And He will not let me down .
I got my dog and I talked to a couple of people from here carlos and Gabriel. They keep me in a good headspace.

I start with God, then look to my inner voice. I have a few really good friends that help me with perspective on difficult things. Recently I have found love from an new man! He has only been with me a short time, but has proven that he’s got me if I should fall!
