HIV/AIDS is not as much a threat as it use to be. We have great meds, doctors, and support that will get us through the best and the worst of times. Please don't try to go it alone. Take care of yourself.

Rezo una oración por aquellos cercanos a mí que perdí y, lamentablemente, la lista es larga. Luego agrego todos los que tienen esta enfermedad.

I say a prayer those close to me I lost and the list is sadly long. I then add all that have this disease.

Da miedo cómo la gente olvida que llevé una cinta del SIDA todo el día en el trabajo y la mayoría de mis compañeros de trabajo y clientes no tenían idea de qué era eso 😢

It’s scary how people forget I wore an AIDS ribbon all day at work and the majority of my co workers and customers had no idea what that was 😢

A medida que el VIH/SIDA se ha convertido en una enfermedad manejable. Digo una oración a cada uno de los amigos que han fallecido a causa de esta terrible enfermedad. Luego rezo una oración por mí para sobrevivir y prosperar. Lucho todos los días para vivir con esta limitación y convertirla en una experiencia positiva de crecimiento.

As HIV/AIDS has become a manageable disease. I say a prayer to each of the friends that have passed from this awful disease. Then I say a prayer for myself for surviving and thriving. I fight each and every day to live with this limitation and turn it into a positive growing experience.
