He tenido problemas para tragar la comida cada vez que como. La comida se atasca en mi esófago y cuando bebo algo para ayudar a tragar me duele muchísimo, se siente como si fuera una enorme roca en tu garganta y de la que no puedes deshacerte. Y está llegando a donde ni siquiera puedo comer más. Estoy casi qué está pasando, qué hago. Estoy perdido. Mi CD4 es 234 y soy indetectable.
I have been having trouble swallowing my food Everytime I eat. The food gets stuck in my esophagus and when I drink something to help swallow it hurts like hell feels like it's a huge ass Boulder in your throat and that you can't get rid of. And it's getting where I can't even eaten more I'm almost what is going on what do I do I'm at a loss. My CD4 is 234 and I'm undetectable.
@Un miembro de myHIVteam Haría todo lo que pudiera desde ahora hasta el lunes para conseguir esos medicamentos para la candidiasis. Estás en grave estado si tienes aftas en la garganta. Me presentaría al médico o a la sala de emergencias el lunes. No querrás perder el tiempo y que también te llegue al estómago. Youtube VIH y aftas. Recuerdo la candidiasis. La comida también sabe a bs.
@A myHIVteam Member I'd do all I can between now and Monday to get those thrush meds. Your in serious shape if you have thrush in your throat. I would be presenting myself to the dr or emergency room on Monday. You don't want to mess around and get it in your stomach too. Youtube HIV and thrush. I remember thrush. Food taste like bs also.
Me pasa esto de vez en cuando. Pero me he dado cuenta de que sólo ocurre cuando como pan demasiado rápido. Sí, duele muchísimo intentar bajarlo. No tengo ningún problema con ningún otro alimento, sólo con el pan.
Además, si tiene problemas de reflujo ácido, esto cicatriza el esófago, lo que también dificulta la deglución de alimentos.

I have this happen from time to time. But I've noticed that it only happens when I eat bread too quickly. Yes, it hurts like hell trying to get it down. I have no problem with any other food, just bread.
Also, if you have issues with acid reflux, that scars the esophagus which makes it hard to swallow food as well.

Aún no he podido conseguir las medallas. Están fuera de esto. Dijeron que lo ordenaron pero no me dieron una fecha de cuándo estaría disponible.
I haven't been able to get the medals yet. They are out of it. Said they ordered it but didn't give me a date as of when it would be in.
Hablé con ella el otro día y le conté todos mis síntomas. Llamó a algún tipo de medicamento porque quería tratarlo como aftas. ¿Tengo que volver a llamarla el lunes?
I talked to her the other day and told her all of my symptoms. She called in some kind of medicine wanting to treat it as the thrush. Do I need to call her back on Monday?
