it could be anything. i'm actually seeing my doctor tomorrow because I think I have a hernia. big lump between my thighs and groin, and I think its affecting the way I use the toilet. Had to change regimen when that happened to me. I pay close attention to diet and exercise helped regulate it and good that you are monitoring poop-lots of consistent info out there on that.
