Hello ChrisU2, I am a 42 year long-term survivor. From what you describe, I would say you are doing good on Biktarvy or Dovato. Blips in viral load happen all the time. Your viral load could vary every day for whatever reason. Remember anything below 200 is considered undetectable. That means you cannot transmit the virus, U=U. I know this is all new to you and it can be scary. Be sure to take your meds everyday. Use a pill box so you can know whether or not you took a dose. At bedtime I take my bokarvy on an empty stomach along with a blood pressure pill and urinary pill. Perhaps your digestion system is somehow diminishing the effect of the drug? Maybe you’re a prime target for the shots. I wish you well and hope you get a good answers.
