Amor es la palabra más usada, con muchísimos significados. Me encanta el helado, me encanta el fútbol, me encanta hacer el amor. Me encanta mi trabajo, me encanta viajar y me encanta estar enamorado. Pero concretar esos significados es lo difícil.

Love is the most used word with so many meanings. I love ice cream, love football, love making love. Love my job, love to travel and love being in love. But narrowing it down is the difficult part.

Creo firmemente en el poder del amor. ¿Cómo lo sé? Porque me falta en mi vida. Cuando el amor está presente, me siento más feliz y saludable, tanto física como mentalmente. El contraste entre la presencia y la ausencia del amor es profundo. La diferencia que marca en todos los aspectos de mi vida es asombrosa. Sin él, me siento perdida, sola, desesperanzada y triste. Si bien es importante amarse a uno mismo, es igualmente importante sentirse amado y valorado por los demás.

I do believe in the power of love. How do I know? Because it is missing from my life. When love is present in my life, I am happier and healthier, mentally and physically. The contrast between the presence and absence of live is profound. The difference it makes in all aspects of my life is phenomenal. Without it, I feel lost, alone, hopeless and sad. While it is important to love oneself, it is just as important to feel loved and cherished by others.

Puede ser, pero hoy en día, en la comunidad gay, la mayoría busca al hombre ideal para el momento, en lugar del hombre ideal para siempre. Además, por mi experiencia, da igual adónde vaya, ¡la gente es un asco!

It can be, but at this day and age in the gay community, most people are looking for Mr. Right Now, rather than Mr. Right. Also, from my experience, it doesn't seem to matter where I go, people absolutely f*cking suck!
