Si normalmente te haces análisis de sangre cuando estás completamente ausente, y una noche duermes fatal, los resultados serán diferentes. Si siempre comes bien y ese día tienes prisa, los resultados serán diferentes. Si dices que siempre te haces los análisis a las 8 de la mañana, pero ese día no te pudieron atender hasta las 3 de la tarde, los resultados serán diferentes. Si siempre te haces los análisis cuando te sientes bien, y esta vez tienes gripe, los resultados serán diferentes. Tus análisis serán diferentes si tienes una combinación de cualquiera de estas cosas; en el próximo análisis podrías tener una combinación diferente.
El único número que te debe preocupar, y ni siquiera es un número, es que sea indetectable. Indetectable es lo único que te debe preocupar. Antes, antes de los medicamentos que hay ahora, esos números significaban algo; ahora prácticamente no significan nada a menos que te hayan diagnosticado recientemente. Una vez que alcanzas el nivel indetectable, prácticamente no significan nada.

I would like to add to @A myHIVteam Member comment. if you usually gets labs and you're fully away, then one night you sleep like crap, the labs will be different. If you always eat and this day you're in a rush, the labs will be different. if you say that you always get your labs done at 8 AM, but this day they couldn't get you in until 3pm, the labs will be different. if you always get your labs while you feel good, then this time you have the flu, your labs will be different. your labs will be different if you have a combination of any of these things, next lab you may have a different combination of things.
The only number you need to worry about, and that isn't even a number, is being undetectable. Undetectable is the only thing you need to worry about. Used to be back in the day, before the meds they have now, those numbers meant something, now they basically mean nothing unless you're newly diagnosed. Once you hit undetectable, they pretty much mean nothing now.

Depende de cómo te sentías cuando te hicieron el análisis de sangre y, si es posible, usa el mismo laboratorio. Usar diferentes laboratorios todo el tiempo tiene distinta sensibilidad. Uno dirá indetectable y otro dirá 40. Según mi médico especialista en enfermedades infecciosas, cualquier valor por debajo de 200 es indetectable. No te obsesiones con los números a menos que empiecen a mostrar una tendencia negativa. Lo sé porque antes lo hacía; ahora me da igual tener una carga viral de 80 o menos de 20. El VIH está controlado mientras esté por debajo de 200.

Depends on how your feeling when they took the blood test also if possible use the same lab company. Using different ones all the time they all have different sensitivity. One will say undetectable and a different lab will say 40 . As far as my id doctor says anything under 200 is undetectable don’t chase numbers unless they start trending the wrong way . I know because I used to do that now I could care less if I’m 80 viral load or under 20. HIV is controlled as long as it’s under 200
