The problem is my insurance paid over 5000 for my biktarvy during change so i have 1 full sealed bottle left of it . I called to see if pharmacy wanted back they said no throw away really . Is there a place to donate it sealed what a expensive waste . Any thoughts or advice . Thanks Louis

As we all know guidelines are to start ARV medication as soon as possible which gives you a close to normal life span. With that being said there are many long term survivors who were on toxic meds. such as protease inhibitors in the late 90s that were really not good. Tengo enfermedad renal crónica en etapa 3. Salió a la luz en 2008 cuando tuve una batalla contra cálculos renales y me operaron. I have Stage 3 Chronic Kidney Disease. It came to light in 2008 when I had a battle with kidney stones and had surgery. Right now I'm stable with the meds and diet, but get very anxious every appointment with my kidney doctor afraid I have crossed over into Stage 4 and dialysis. In the past year or so I have noticed I'm getting very forgetful. And easily distracted. I know HIV can cause memory loss. And of course the meds, and age. Only one of those could make one forgetful. Memories of the past are sharp way back, but foggier approaching the present. I took a memory test once about 10 years ago and didn't do so hot. I'm feeling I need to take a memory test again because this is really affecting my life and confidence.
