Always been active and loved walking dogs, hiking, and no issues with weight or fitness. Over the last 18 months the joint has become increasingly painful and despite rest, PT, diet adjustments to avoid inflammatory foods; the decline nosedived ≈ 3 mos ago severely limiting my mobility and in desperate need of relief.

In aug I had got sick with a uti and it was pretty bad because I didn’t know I had it. With me fighting that there was maybe two time within that week I missed my meds. In September I think I had missed as well but I also been up and down with takin them at the same time everyday but I am takin them and that’s only due to work and sleep. As per my last post thanks for all the great responses. I feel so much better I’m in the green zone. However lots of questions on what truly is undectable. So many different opinions even from doctors. We know the tests are getting more sensitive on viral load and soon I’m assuming that under 10 will be the new normal than the current under 20.
