Wondering if we fall into the immune compromised category as described by the CDC if our CD 4 count is in the range of normal. It probably doesn't matter for me since I'm in my 60's and have kidney disease which both put me in the high risk category for the Coronavirus. No tengo idea de por qué ni cómo, pero según mi prueba de carga viral mi VL pasó de indetectable a 93. Nunca me perdí mi [[tratamiento:biktarvy:5bbfcc867dea2526b1ac791e]]. Nada de esto tiene sentido.

Mi médico mencionó la posibilidad de cambiar de biktarvy a otra cosa para ver si otro medicamento "activaría" mi cd4. Ahora es posible que ella realmente quiera hacerlo, ya que mi VL está aumentando.

I have no idea why or how but according to my viral load test my VL went from undetectable to 93. I have never missed my biktarvy. None of it makes sense.

My doctor mentioned possibly switching from biktarvy to something else to see if another medication would “jump start” my cd4. Now she may really want to since my VL is increasing.

After looking at past posts I see that some people take more then one pill a day. I’m new to this but I thought with the first class drugs that are on the market biktarvy,dovato etc 1 pill a day will keep you undetectable. Is it because some people are not getting the new meds.
