Guess I was spoiled back in the old days when HIV docs were also GP's, and spent at least a half hour with you, sometimes an hour. Since my last two HIV/GP docs retired, both I saw for several years, I've notice quite a change. I am trying to wrap my head around what a real cocktail was in the past. When I received my HIV diagnoses in 2012 doctors put me on Atripla, a 3-in-1 pill, that very same day.
