Here lately I'm having problems rembering to do daily things such as taking my meds, making and keeping appointments, duties at work given to me less than 30 mins beforehand, plans I make with friends and family, birthdays and even sometimes forget to feed my animals as well as myself. In the past year or so I have noticed I'm getting very forgetful. And easily distracted. I know HIV can cause memory loss. And of course the meds, and age. Only one of those could make one forgetful. Memories of the past are sharp way back, but foggier approaching the present. I took a memory test once about 10 years ago and didn't do so hot. I'm feeling I need to take a memory test again because this is really affecting my life and confidence.

How do you keep up with your monthly finances, and still stay afloat? I can keep up with my monthly bills, and daily living just fine.
