I'm working on getting back on my meds. I have a Dr. appointment next week. I was recently put on Tivicay and Descovy. But then my prescription ran out. I needed Labs done. Then my drivers license was stolen. I had to wait for another one. Then eventually when It came in I had to schedule another lab appointment. Needless to say, I've been OFF the medications for over a month, possibly Month and 1/2. What does this do to the inside of my body and how does it affect how I feel???

The problem is my insurance paid over 5000 for my biktarvy during change so i have 1 full sealed bottle left of it . I called to see if pharmacy wanted back they said no throw away really . Is there a place to donate it sealed what a expensive waste . Any thoughts or advice . Thanks Louis

I'm just curious. I'm pretty sure that 99% of the people I work with know. I've told my close managers and when I was first diagnosed, my supposed "best friend" went around telling everyone before I was comfortable doing so. I work for a very large convenience store chain and surprisingly, everyone I've told has been super supportive and I haven't been treated any diffently, which is important to me. Wondering if this is the case with many jobs, or just mine?

I’m noticing so many young women joining us here from around the world. While I welcome them, I’m sad that their infection wasn’t avoided. I see advertisements constantly encouraging HIV negative gay men to go on PrEP. I know gay men whose doctors encouraged PrEP. Perhaps I’m just missing it, but I don’t see the same push for sexually active women.
