El otro día recibí resultados de sangre de mi médico de VIH y fueron sorprendentes. Supongo que damos por sentado que tendremos una carga viral indetectable si no la tenemos en tantos años. Pero cuando lo haces me asusté un poco. Lo extraño es que mi recuento de CD 4 era superior a 1000. Él va a volver a tomar la prueba. Ojalá sea un fallo. Pero si no, cambiará mis medicamentos.

¿Alguien más tiene una carga viral detectable o tiene una que va y viene? ¿Sólo me preguntaba?

Got blood results from my HIV doc the other day and they were surprising. I guess we kind of take it for granted we will have an undetectable viral load not having one so many years. But when you do it kind of freaked me out. The weird thing is my CD 4 count was over 1,000. He is going to retake the test. Hopefully a glitch. But if not he will be changing my meds.

Anyone else have a detectable viral load or have one come and go? Just wondering?
