That's what irritates me about HIV med commercials. They make it seem like take this pill and go out and raw dog it. I'm still not completely sold on the U=U theory. Until that theory holds up over time, I'll act as if it doesn't exist. Condoms are not the greatest thing but there's so many other things you can catch. I'm 34 years into this and I've seen so many people die. If a condom saves any pain or life then don't you think it's worth it?

Unprotected sex with someone who may or may not have known they had HIV is what got me + to begin with. I'm heterosexual & monogamous (now) and she's on prep. For anyone who's single, can't imagine having sex with someone without both disclosure and condoms. U=U may indeed be true, but it isn't worth chancing it.

Heterosexual black men seem to not want condom use even though you explain your status.Nope won't get me.If he says that them I automatically know he sleeps around with no condom.
