I guess my description sounds a little stiff (no pun intended).
I take tadalafil when I need to get lakaboy up for exercises and it always works for me despite my delayed treatment for HIV almost 10 years after diagnosis.

Yes I do have a problem with that can't get it up no shame in my game it is what it is I had minni strokes I lost all my electrolytes so I'm figuring that had something to do with it I have to self cathe so that has something to do with it also not going to say medicine doesn't play a part I'm sure it does
