I also did up POA forms as well both for property and for medical, signed to the same person who will serve as the executor of the estate so that I do not have to be dead for them to take control if they need to.

I plan on being around for awhile. However I did write a will and have a power of attorney in place. My time in the hospital gave me a lot time to think about many things. People who said they cared, never bothered to show up to see me. Never forgot that and I am sure they will be seeing what they get later. Boy, there is going to be a lot shocked people and what's left is going to help a lot people though.

Most people are so caught up in just living that they either think they'll get to it eventually or that it's really not that important now! Yes this is me, invincible! My sister stopped by on a Friday afternoon and said are you Ok, of course I'm just tired as I've been pushing myself! I woke at 9 PM Sunday gasping for air not knowing I only had about an hour of life left, I was only conscious for maybe 2 minutes enough time to dial 911, it would be 3 weeks later that I would awaken in Intensive Care and find out I was septic with 2 forms of pneumonia and an empyema! For those who care about you and who you really care about I must say don't put off doing this as you're leaving a nightmare behind for those you love and care about!
