¿Es algo específico lo que notas? He estado tomando medicamentos durante 7 años y soy indetectable. Lo único que realmente he notado es algo de envejecimiento y algo de aumento de peso. Envejecimiento- efecto secundario del tiempo, el aumento de peso puede ser ambos: medicación y tiempo. Jajaja, lucho más duro para mantener el peso, pero con el tiempo he aprendido a disfrutar el ejercicio, ahora es como mi tiempo de meditación. Entonces, ¿qué habrás notado? Recuerde, también somos nuestros peores críticos, podría obsesionarme con casi cualquier cosa que vea en el espejo. 😉

Is their something specific you notice. I've been on medication for 7 years now as well as undetectable. The only thing I've really noticed is some aging, and some weight gain. Aging- side effect of time, weight gain can be both - medication and time. Lol I fight harder to keep the weight off, but I've learned to enjoy exercise over time, it's kind of my meditation time now. So what might you have noticed? Remember, we're our own worst critics as well, I could obsess just about anything I see in the mirror. 😉

Todos nos vemos mejor cuando estamos sanos. El tratamiento me hizo lucir más saludable y me siento afortunada de haber envejecido 30 años más, provocando ese reflejo inesperado en mi espejo. Hace varios años me sometí a una pequeña cirugía de transferencia de grasa para corregir la pérdida de grasa facial causada por un medicamento.

We all look our best when we’re healthy. Treatment made me healthier looking, and I feel fortunate to have aged 30 more years, causing that unexpected reflection in my mirror. I did have a little fat transfer surgery several years back to correct some facial fat loss caused by a med.

Siento que me veo muy bien, tengo que cuidar totalmente mi dieta, que es muy molesta y me salen canas, pero en general estoy feliz conmigo misma.

I feel I look great, I have to totally watch my diet which is annoying as frick and getting the grays on the side but all in all happy with myself.

Tengo buenos genes, por lo que todos en mi familia parecen entre 10 y 15 años más jóvenes, así que tengo la genética de mi lado. Al menos tengo algo de mi lado hasta ahora el VIH no me lo ha quitado todavía

I’ve got good genes so every one in my family looks 10 to 15 years younger then they are so I got genetics on my side. At least I got something on my side so far HIV didn’t take that away yet
