Yo uso el organizador de pastillas como el de la imagen. Lo lleno el domingo por la noche y lo único que tengo que hacer las otras noches es tomar las pastillas del envase el día de la semana.

I use the pill organizer like the one in the image. I fill it on Sunday night and all I have to do the other nights is take the pills from the container on the day of the week.
