I used to live off the numbers when I was first diagnosed and when I went undetectable. Many years later…16 undetectable years I no longer worry about those numbers, I live for today for ME! Try and eat right…ok better, get ole ty of sleep, no long nights, well unless there a spooky series on Netflix. I have a positive attitude and keep drama and stress away. It’s worked well. Hola Brad, solo para que lo sepas, para que te consideren indetectable debes estar en el rango de 200 copias/ml. Todo lo que esté por debajo de eso es aceptable. He estado indetectable durante los últimos 15 años y, afortunadamente, siempre por debajo de las 50 copias/ml.

Hi Brad, Just FYI, to be consider undetectable you must be in the range of 200 copies/ml. Everything below that it's acceptable, I have been undetectable for the Last 15 years, and fortunatelly alway under 50 copies/ml.
So if you are ranging between 20 and 40, means you have adherence to the treatment and can be relaxed about it, also Takei CD4 count into account those are the cells that Will keep you strong to fight any oportunist infections...
Take vitamins and anything that makes your inmune system strong, eat well. Sleep well and try to excercise, walking is a good start

Bueno, Brad, primero debes entender que es un juego de números. Si tienes un resfriado, una alergia o una infección, tus números subirán y bajarán. Dicho esto, no tienes que preocuparte por ser indetectable, a menos que sea muy alto, como si la carga viral fuera de miles, en cuyo caso debes volver a tomar la medicación. También si eres sexualmente activo, es mejor tener relaciones sexuales con alguien cuando eres indetectable porque no puedes transmitir el virus. Si eres detectable, debes usar condón. Well Brad first understand that it's a numbers game. So if you have a cold an allergy an infection ..... your numbers are going to go up and down. Having said that you really don't have to worry about being undetectable unless it is really high like the viral load is in the thousands then you need to readdress the medication. Also if you're sexually active. It's better to have sex with someone when you're undetectable because you cannot pass it. Being detectable you must wear a condom. Aside from that it'll be fine my friend 🌈🌞👋
