i can eat a big box of chocolates every day for a week and not gain the first pound, my meds don't bother me with anything i eat, i usually just eat once a day and that's when i come in at night, durring the day i'm out side busy doin something or running back and forth to DRs ofices, there is one thing that does mess my system up and that's narcotics, i rarely ever take them as they mess up my day, i'm so used to the acks and pains over the time you just get used to them and keep on a movin, im not saying this works for everyone,it just works for me is all i ment

I don't know which ones, but some indicate that a redistribution of fat will occur. I'm not sure about weight gain.

Well I gained a considerable amount of unwanted gut fat which translated to weight gain. It has taken me about ten years to get back to my natural weight range but it has also left behind a bit of a spare tire. I kinda looked at as well I don't look emaciated!😂

Not me i am losing weight went from 160 to 125 then to 140 and now back at 129 i hate it
